Full Job Description

  • Data Analysis: review and interrogate NPI parts data to ensure it is correct
  • Collaborate with different vertical partners, Product Groups, Engineering teams and downstream business partners to ensure Aftermarket parts readiness for a successful NPI
  • Oversee project progress and costs; communicating status with stakeholders, addressing + resolving issues and reporting stock levels & status across each program
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage resources for each deliverable within the project
  • Communicate with customers and manage expectations, ensuring effective use of project controls and reporting mechanisms
  • Lead projects/initiatives to implement process improvements & recommend changes to the NPI process

    5 years or more experience in inventory management / supply chain analysis
  • Inventory management experience utilizing forecasting
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proactive with good planning ability and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills you ll provide updates and reports to different teams
  • Microsoft office, Excel (you ll be able to use lookups + create pivot tables etc to analyse data)
  • Desirable:
  • Alteryx or Power BI reporting (any knowledge of these or similar systems is highly desirable)
  • A background in Aftermarket parts distribution, inventory management systems and dealer operations or equivalent

    Our client is a worldwide manufacturer of engines, mining and construction products; this is a new role, which you can make your own! It s been created to bring together multiple teams and fill current gaps. It s an extremely important opportunity with high visibility within the company, you ll take tasks head on and make improvements for the benefit of company and customers, ensuring Aftermarket parts availability for a successful NPI!

    Initial 12 month contract possibility to extend for the right person! 37 hours a week; 07:30 - 15:45 Mon - Fri (some flexibility around start/finish) Up to GBP28.85 PAYE hourly rate plus holiday and pension contribution OR Umbrella hourly rates up to GBP39.15 - depending on experience
