What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Screening

Conduct initial application screening against role requirements and values.
Carry out telephone screening interviews to assess the candidate's suitability and availability.
Schedule interviews with candidates and members of the HR team.
Maintain regular communication with applicants, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.

Safer Recruitment & Compliance

Complete pre-employment checks in line with CQC standards and safer recruitment guidance.
Verify Right to Work documentation and identity documents.
Process and monitor Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) applications.
Assist with verifying employment references.
Ensure all mandatory recruitment documentation is completed before employment commences.
Support the monitoring of visa expiry dates and other compliance requirements where applicable.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with GDPR and company policies when handling sensitive employee information.

HR Administration

Maintain accurate employee records within the company's CRM and HR systems.
Update personnel files, compliance records, and recruitment trackers.
Carry out accurate data entry and ensure employee information is maintained to a high standard.

Reception & General Administration

Welcome visitors, candidates, and professionals in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries appropriately.
Respond to recruitment and HR enquiries via telephone and email.
Support general office administration and undertake additional duties appropriate to the role.

Training Outcome

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be the opportunity to secure a permanent HR Administrator position within Kelly Park Limited.

The successful candidate will receive ongoing professional development with opportunities to progress into roles such as:
