The role also includes some training and mentoring of junior staff.What we're looking for:Appropriate highways experience, flexibility and the ability to manage a workload with minimum supervision are key requirements. In addition, good customer care and communication skills are essential.You will have the ability to fulfil the travel requirements of the role and, as required, be, able to work out of hours to respond to weather and
