Deliver a professional and welcoming experience for employees, clients and visitors
Monitor and manage stationery and refreshment stock levels
Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
Coordinate meeting rooms, catering and visitor logistics.
Cooperate with the building reception and security team
Book visitors and contractors and manage visitor access passes
Coordinate office repairs and maintenance, acting as a key contact for suppliers
Book taxis as required
Assist with office events, socials and wellbeing initiatives.
Support the Office Manager with the day-to-day running of the office.
Help improve office processes and employee experience initiatives.
Support our employer brand by helping to create and share engaging content across our social media channels
