This is a senior, high-profile leadership role with real influence. You will:

Lead and inspire a team of Industry Engagement Consultants and Apprenticeship Advisers
Build and manage strategic partnerships with employers and key stakeholders
Drive apprenticeship recruitment, commercial income, externally funded projects, and mandatory work placements
Represent the College at regional events, employer forums, and sector networks
Use labour market insight to influence curriculum development and future provision
Leading a results-driven Industry Engagement team
Managing high-value employer relationships across priority sectors
Supporting apprenticeships, Skills Bootcamps, commercial training, full time students and T-Levels
Ensuring excellent employer and learner experiences
Using CRM and data systems to track performance and impact
Working collaboratively across the College to deliver employer-led solutions

You'll bring:
Strong B2B commercial and partnership development experience
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver results
Confidence working at senior and board level
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills

Salary: £40,787 per annum
Up to 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and College closure days
