? Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)? Experience as a Registered Care Manager / Domiciliary Care Manager? Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance? Experience managing care teams and service performance? Background in care assessments, care planning, and safeguarding? Full UK driving licence, You will be a confident Registered Care Manager or experienced Care Manager with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality domiciliary care.
