MRP Global are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, and versatile Administrator to support a growing team of consultants based in the City of London. Main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support across the full recruitment cycle and on-boarding process. Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Management of candidate and client administration tasks including:
Preparing, checking, and sending candidate contracts
Candidate on-boarding including but not limited to compliance and background checks
Preparing, checking, and sending client contracts - Terms of Business, Statement of Works and SLA's
Ability to review complex contractual documents such as Statement of Works (SOWs) and candidate contracts
Ensuring accuracy of information pertaining to client/candidate contracts
Entering and loading of client and candidate documents onto system
Develop and implement procedures to centralise and streamline contracts management process more efficiently
Formatting/preparing candidate profiles/CVs
Managing job adverts - creating and uploading adverts to various job boards
Maintain and update client and candidate records using CRM system
Ensure that all aspects of GDPR are maintained

2+ years Administration experience within a Sales (ideally Recruitment) environment
Strong IT skills with advanced knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently, multitask and prioritise workload efficiently
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Ability to multi-task, work to deadline and manage time effectively
Must have high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
Knowledge of Electronic Signature Software - Legalesign, DocUsign
