Our Commercial Support Administrator are all about giving customers great experience. The role reports directly to the Customer Excellence Manager and is part of a team based from our Customer Excellence Centre in Crick (NN6 7XR). In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks such as room upgrades, dummy room process, chasing overdue payments, inputting sensitive data, and providing top-notch customer service to our high-value and profile clients.
