Welcome guests warmly and professionally
Manage check-in and check-out efficiently
Handle guest enquiries, requests, and reservations
Maintain high service standards throughout the guest journey
Liaise with housekeeping and other departments
Process payments and ensure accurate records and charge postings
Follow cash and credit handling procedures, reporting discrepancies
Monitor occupancy and support room sales and upselling
Provide guest assistance (e.g. luggage, bookings, general support)
Resolve queries and concerns promptly and professionally
Contribute ideas to improve the department and guest experience
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company guidelines
Build positive relationships with colleagues across the hotel
