Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, including customs laws, export controls, sanctions, and embargoes
Maintain Trade Compliance manuals, SOPs, and internal control frameworks
Guide suppliers and internal teams on compliance requirements and documentation standards
Monitor import/export recordkeeping, valuation, duty management, and preferential trade programs
Track regulatory changes worldwide and assess their impact on the business
Manage relationships with customs brokers, external counsel, and regulatory authorities
Support audits, investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus demonstrable experience in trade compliance or customs
Strong knowledge of customs regulations, HS classification, origin rules, and export control regimes
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and customs management tools
Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
Highly detail-oriented, structured, and able to work independently in a complex global environment
