We're on the lookout for a Line Technician who doesn't just turn up and follow the plan-but takes control of it. Someone who spots problems before they happen, keeps the line moving, and brings the team with them. If you know production and you're ready to step into a role where your voice, decisions, and attitude genuinely matter-this is it. What You'll Be Doing This isn't a "stand and watch" role. You'll be right in the middle of it:

Keeping the line running smoothly and on plan (no drift, no excuses)
Owning the paperwork - accurate, tidy, done right first time
Driving the team to hit KPIs and celebrating when you do
Spotting issues early and fixing them before they become problems
Making sure Health & Safety and food safety standards are always nailed
Setting the tone on shift - organised, focused, and positive
You've worked on a production line and know how it really runs
You're already the one people look to when things go wrong
You're confident speaking up and guiding others
You understand food safety (Level 2 is a bonus, not a deal breaker)
You don't wait to be told-you just get on with it
You look for better, faster, smarter ways of working
Build real leadership skills (not just in title)
Take control of how your line performs
Be recognised for what you bring-not just what you do
Make a visible impact every single shift
Take pride in getting it right
Stay calm when things get busy (because they will)
Back their team and bring energy to the shift
