The ideal candidate will be organised, efficient, a confident communicator and passionate about ensuring the competency of all training candidates.

A recognised trainer qualification and experience of delivering high quality training in care sector.

Experience of conducting quality training in a face-to-face or virtual environment within Care setting is essential.

Have great planning and organisation skills and be able to evaluate all learning delivery and collate feedback

Current driving licence and own car

Canford Healthcare are now recruiting for a regional trainer to work with the Learning and Development Team and home managers to identify learning needs and implement effective and efficient solutions for both existing and new skills set in our homes. You will be required to deliver excellent quality home care training to new recruits and existing staff members across our award winning homes in London and South East of England.
