As a Commercial Manager, you will act as a true brand ambassador, owning and driving category growth across Wholesale, Convenience, E commerce and Health sectors. You will play a key role in strengthening supplier and customer relationships, delivering profitable growth and ensuring commercial excellence throughout the product lifecycle.,

Owning and developing category growth across multiple channels
Driving cash flow improvement through management of supplier aged and disputed debt
Recovering costs associated with residuals, overstocks and out of date stock
Delivering a tailored category management approach to customers, aligned to their individual needs
Communicating and negotiating effectively at all levels, internally and externally
Acting as a clear communication link between sales teams, customers and suppliers
Representing DCS at internal meetings, external events and industry seminars
Owning the end to end product recall process, ensuring full compliance at every stage

To be successful in this role, you will be:
An effective communicator with outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills
Confident and credible when negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
Highly motivated, proactive and commercially focused, with a positive can do attitude
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, able to prioritise effectively and make sound commercial decisions under pressure
A collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with others to achieve shared goals
