As a Commercial Manager, you will act as a true brand ambassador, owning and driving category growth across Wholesale, Convenience, E-commerce and Health sectors. You will play a key role in strengthening supplier and customer relationships, delivering profitable growth and ensuring commercial excellence throughout the product lifecycle.,

Owning and developing category growth across multiple channels
Driving cash-flow improvement through management of supplier aged and disputed debt
Recovering costs associated with residuals, overstocks and out-of-date stock
Delivering a tailored category management approach to customers, aligned to their individual needs
Communicating and negotiating effectively at all levels, internally and externally
Acting as a clear communication link between sales teams, customers and suppliers
Representing DCS at internal meetings, external events and industry seminars
Owning the end-to-end product recall process, ensuring full compliance at every stage

To be successful in this role, you will be:
An effective communicator with outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills
Confident and credible when negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
Highly motivated, proactive and commercially focused, with a positive "can-do" attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritise effectively and make sound commercial decisions under pressure
A collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with others to achieve shared goals
