Face-to-Face Sales | Venues Based | On the Road

Role Location: Regional - field based (travel up to 60 miles from your home postcode)

Package: Options for self-employed and employed. Basic salary/day rate and OTE's from £50,000 - £60,000

Love being out and about? Thrive on meeting new people every day? If sitting behind a desk isn't for you and your energy comes from being in communities, talking to real people, and making a genuine impact, this role was built with you in mind.

At BRC Promotions, we're looking for confident, people-focused fundraisers and sales professionals who want a field-based role across a regional territory, representing some of the UK's most respected charities.

This is a hands-on, face-to-face role where no two days are the same. One day you might be in a busy shopping centre, the next at a local supermarket or store - always out in the field, always engaging with the public.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be travelling across your regional territory (up to 60 miles from your home postcode), setting up at pre-booked, premium venues and speaking directly with members of the public about causes people genuinely care about.

You'll represent charities such as:

Your role is to start meaningful conversations, explain how regular donations make a difference, and inspire people to support life-changing work.

This is ethical, values-led fundraising:

No hard selling

No pressure tactics

No products or gimmicks

Just honest, face-to-face conversations built on trust and empathy.

If you get a buzz from connecting with people and helping them support causes that naturally resonate, you'll feel right at home.

This Role Is Perfect For You If:

You love field-based work and being out on the road

You enjoy meeting people and building rapport quickly

You’ve worked in sales, fundraising, hospitality, events, or customer-facing roles

Or you're new to sales but naturally confident, persuasive, and people-focused

You're resilient and can bounce back from rejection

You're happy travelling up to 60 miles from your home postcode

You want a role with purpose, not just a pay cheque

What You'll Get

£26,000 base salary or £115 day rate (depending on package)

Travel allowance, with hotels covered for further-afield venues

Full training in fundraising, compliance, communication, and objection handling

Ongoing coaching and development in the field

Clear progression opportunities

A supportive, high-energy team who love being out in communities

A Quick Reality Check

This is a physically active, people-facing role. You'll be on your feet, outdoors and indoors, engaging with hundreds of people a week. Rejection is part of the job - resilience is essential.

But if you're driven, warm, confident, and motivated by both impact and income, this role offers a genuine platform to shine.
