Working with a fast paced team booking trucks on to the terminal and organising the loading of containers to meet train departures and arrivals.
Able to proactively adapt to a busy environment and to make real time decisions regarding the smooth running of the rail terminal.
Use of a bespoke container booking system, administering customer emails and telephone calls.
Organising container movement within the terminal with a team of reach stacker operators via two way radio.

Previous administration experience
IT Literate (good knowledge of Excel would be an advantage)
Confident written and verbal communicator
High attention to detail is essential
