Plumber, circa £39,905 per annum (plus £1,000 Vehicle Responsibility Allowance). We are looking for an additional Plumber to join our Gas and Plumbing team to undertake routine plumbing, maintenance and installation. There will also be a need to carry out responsive repairs for plumbing breakdowns at our properties.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

A professional plumbing qualification (minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
Competence in all aspects of domestic plumbing installations
The ability to carry out repairs including plumbing related carpentry, tiling and patch plastering
A current driving licence
Worked in a similar role before, within a housing association or local authority, however this is not essential.
Excellent customer services skills and competence with using IT
Willing to undertake a basic DBS check
