We are looking for someone to play an integral role in the team, managing smaller transactions and client relationships with supervision and guidance, while supporting the delivery of larger transactions. The team sits within the firm's Real Estate National Service Line (NSL), led by Vincenzo Maggio and supported by professional support lawyers. Key areas of work:

High-value freehold and leasehold sales and purchases of residential properties across England and Wales, from prime central London apartments to country houses and luxury new builds
Supporting Private Wealth colleagues on trust and estate structures involving residential property, including asset transfers arising from matrimonial proceedings
Implementing university and Oxbridge college housing schemes
High-net-worth individuals (UK and international)
Family offices
Trustees and offshore structures
Universities and Oxbridge colleges

Relevant residential and/or high net worth property experience
Law degree or equivalent, or the familiarity with the building blocks of law
Excellent written English and the ability to produce clear, logical drafting
High-quality client service focus including discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive client matters
Numeracy and strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communications to sophisticated and diverse client bases
Strong organisational skills, with effective time management and a systematic and proactive approach to managing matters
IT literacy and confidence in using legal technology and document management systems
Team player
High quality paralegal or other legal experience
