We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Health & Safety to lead and shape our safety agenda across a diverse portfolio of construction, refurbishment and new build projects. This is a senior leadership role with real influence, responsible for driving high standards and embedding a proactive, zero-harm culture across the business.,

Lead the development and implementation of the company's Health & Safety strategy
Promote a strong, positive safety culture across all projects and teams
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry best practice
Provide expert guidance to senior leadership and operational teams
Monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and manage risk effectively

A Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH)
Proven experience in a senior Health & Safety leadership role within construction
Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation
A confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
