In the last year as a Registration Assessment Senior Officer in the National Operations Directorate, you might have assessed a complex application using risk-based analysis to ensure the provider met all legal requirements.
You might have contributed to a project that tested new ways of working to improve how registration assessments are delivered., You'll be key in helping us deliver our work. In this role, you'll:
+ Assess applications: Review and assess focused and medium-risk registration applications, using evidence and professional judgement to make recommendations. This may include conducting interviews with applicants over Microsoft Teams.
+ Manage caseloads: Prioritise and progress applications efficiently, ensuring accurate records and timely updates to internal systems.
+ Collaborate and escalate: Work with internal teams and stakeholders, escalating risks and sharing insights to support safe decision-making.
+ Risk-based decision-making: Experience using evidence and analysis to make decisions in a professional, autonomous environment.
+ Caseload management: Proven ability to manage a busy workload, meet deadlines, and deliver against performance targets.
+ Stakeholder communication: Experience building relationships and explaining complex information clearly to a range of audiences.
