As an Assistant Manager, you will take full ownership of the front-of-house experience - leading from the front to deliver exceptional service, streamline operations and inspire your team to shine. With a strong focus on leadership, you will foster a safe, supportive and high-performing environment and ensure the delivery of memorable experiences, wanting our guests to come back for more.

Proven track record in running high-energy, high-volume restaurants, bars or experience venues on a managerial level with a strong understanding of front-of-house operations,
Savvy in stock and wastage management as well as staff scheduling and hiring,
Advanced understanding of food hygiene, H&S, and all things compliance,
Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for coaching, motivating, and empowering team members to perform at their best,
Ability to handle big numbers without breaking a sweat
