We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our SEND and Inclusion team. You'll work closely with pupils, helping them to grow in confidence and achieve their best, while supporting teachers to deliver inspiring lessons. What You'll Be Doing

Supporting teachers in creating inclusive, engaging lessons
Leading targeted interventions and tracking their impact
Working closely with pupils who need extra support
Promoting confidence, independence, and achievement, The purpose of the post is to work closely with class teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils while promoting their independence, self-esteem and social inclusion. The role involves providing support to pupils, both individually and in groups, to help them access the curriculum, fully engage in learning and experience a strong sense of achievement., Support the leadership and management of the SEND department

Experience supporting students with SEND
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Confident, flexible, and proactive
Previous experience in an educational setting is essential, Understanding and working knowledge of the national curriculum and other learning programs (within specified age range/subject area) e.g. knowledge of core subject areas
