You will gain broad knowledge of 3M's processes, functions, and businesses through audits of subsidiaries, service centers, plants, acquisitions, and critical business processes. Here, you will make an impact by:

Being responsible for examining, evaluating and reporting on the accuracy of financial statements, adequacy of operational and internal controls, and identification of administrative efficiencies.
Conducting interviews and walkthroughs with various stakeholders and teams to identify gaps in controls or opportunities for operational improvements.
Analyzing data and selecting samples for testing processes to identify control gaps and areas of potential operational improvement.
Documenting and summarizing audit findings and developing recommendations for process improvement.
Communicating audit findings both orally and in written form.
Following up on the resolution of audit findings, Location Information - position located at our HQ in Bracknell, Berkshire
Travel expectations - May include up to 25% domestic/international (Typically away for 1 week in every 6)
This role has on-site working model, with the employee working at least four days a week in the office in Bracknell.
Working pattern - full time

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, and a bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or finance from an accredited university or college
Relevant professional experience in accounting or finance
Experience in internal or external audit
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with business-level fluency in English
Strong analytical, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills
Integrity, professionalism, and the ability to remain objective in judgement
Clear and concise communication skills
Process-focused mindset with an interest in continuous improvement
Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience working with SAP
Experience using Power BI
ACCA, CIA, CPA, CMA, or an equivalent local certification
Working knowledge of statistical sampling methodologies
