Leading the creation, execution and measurement of a Shopper Marketing Plan for assigned customers or channels.
Building relationships with key marketing personnel at your accounts and being highly collaborative with 3M sales and marketing teams.
Evaluating promotional effectiveness of various marketing tactics by setting and tracking the most relevant KPIs.
Ensuring successful new product launches by implementing effective sales tools for NPI, Sampling, Promotions, and events.
Working closely with Area Marketing center to ensure impactful marketing materials and messages at point of purchase online or offline.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field or equivalent industry experience
Previously demonstrated combined experience in sales, marketing, analytics or category management in the consumer packaged goods industry
Analytical thinking skills, and proficient in Excel
Strong communications skills, collaboration and presentations skills.
Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration from an accredited institution
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Demonstrated Experience leading cross functional teams
Previous experience in a shopper marketing, eCommerce, or advanced analytics role
