As an External Engagement Advisor, you'll play a vital role in building the future talent pipeline for one of the UK's leading nuclear businesses. Day-to-day, you'll be required to:

Leading STEM outreach and engagement activities across schools, colleges, universities and community partners.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions and external stakeholders.
Coordinating engagement events and acting as the central point of contact for outreach activity.
Promoting early careers opportunities and strengthening Cavendish Nuclear's reputation as an employer of choice.
Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on engagement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and share best practice.

Demonstrating strong communication and influencing skills.
Being highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Using Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, to a high standard.
Presenting confidently to groups and engaging a variety of audiences.
Experience within early careers, outreach, education, engagement or talent attraction environments would be advantageous, We value difference and don't have a fixed idea when it comes to background or education, provided you can show the required level of experience and/or willingness to learn then we would like to hear from you., The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
