In the Mission Catalyst role, you will work as part of our teams to:

Collaborate with and equip churches in evangelism to those who are marginalised or least likely to hear the gospel in their local area
Contribute to the development of sustainable, structured, innovative missional teams in local churches
Do mission research and mapping of the mission needs and opportunities in a local area
Contribute to networking with churches in a local area by, for example, building a list of churches and connecting them with the right LCM colleagues with a view to mission partnership.
Harrow and North Brent team with a specialist focus on Diaspora churches and groups and an interest in Islam and Other Religions. We are seeking someone whose passion and experience is oriented towards engaging with Hindu communities.
Lambeth and Wandsworth team with a specialist focus on Children, Youth and Schools. We are seeking someone with a passion for schools ministry and the patience to build relationships in this setting.
Newham, Redbridge and Waltham Forest team with a specialist focus on Islam and Other Religions. We are seeking someone with cross cultural mission experience, particularly in working with South Asian communities or other faith contexts.
