We are seeking a skilled Workday professional with strong experience in integrations, financials, and data analytics to support and enhance our Workday platform. The role will focus on delivering high-quality integrations, improving financial processes, and supporting ongoing transformation projects across multiple business units.,

Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations (inbound/outbound)
Support and enhance Workday Financials, particularly accounting processes
Utilize Workday Prism Analytics to support reporting, data transformation, and insights
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve system, integration, and data issues
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across Workday modules
Support continuous improvement of Workday architecture and processes

Proven experience with Workday Integrations (e.g., EIB, Core Connectors, Studio)
Strong knowledge of Workday Financials / Accounting
Hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics
Experience integrating third-party platforms (e.g., eCommerce, payment systems like Shopify)
Understanding of financial reconciliation processes
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in multi-entity or retail environments is desirable
Timely and accurate delivery of integrations and projects
Improved automation and reduction in manual processes
Enhanced financial data accuracy and reconciliation efficiency
Strong stakeholder satisfaction and system reliability
Experience in retail or eCommerce environments
Familiarity with Shopify integrations
Knowledge of Workday Extend or advanced Studio integrations
