Improve and develop chemical compliance policies
Improve and develop ESG policies, processes, and reporting inputs across Product, Sourcing, Operations, People, Finance, and Marketing.
Responsible for translating ESG reporting expectations and emerging EU sustainability legislation into practical implementation
Lead ESG data mapping, collection, validation, and documentation across environmental, social and governance topics.
Support ESG reporting and certification requirements, including B Corp submissions.
Monitor upcoming UK/EU sustainability legislation and translate requirements into internal actions and timelines.
Working knowledge of UK/EU product compliance, with ability to support delivery.

Ensure all relevant policies are relayed to relevant to teams to ensure company compliance

Educated to Degree level
3+ years experience in an ESG, sustainability, compliance role
Extensive knowledge on chemical compliance
Experience of implementing and driving a circularity business model
Able to work individually and as part of a team
A confident communicator at all levels
Knowledge of Prop 65 would be advantageous
Experience of packaging would be an advantageous
