As a Teaching Assistant, the successful candidate will work closely with students who require additional support, both in the classroom and within our Success Centre. You will play a vital role in helping students achieve their potential by:

Supporting teaching and learning for individuals or small groups
Assisting with classroom delivery and interventions
Monitoring student progress and behaviour
Supporting reintegration and behaviour plans
Building strong, trusting relationships with students, staff, and families

A minimum of GCSE Grade A to C or Grade 4 or above passes in maths and English.
Must be qualified to Level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning.
Minimum of 1 year's experience of classroom support to students is desirable.
