As an Apprentice Teacher of Mathematics, you will:

Train towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) through the South Farnham Educational Trust teacher training programme;
Work alongside experienced Mathematics teachers to develop your teaching practice;
Support and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons across different Key Stages. We aim to provide our Apprentice Teachers with a bespoke timetable that suits their interests, skills and training needs, and graduates over time;
Assist with planning, assessment and feedback to support student progress;
Develop effective classroom management and teaching strategies;
Participate fully in departmental meetings, training sessions and school life;
Contribute to extracurricular activities and enrichment opportunities;
Support students' academic, personal and social development as part of the wider school community.
