Come join us: As a member of the UKI Delivery Centre Team, based out of our Newcastle location, you will work on M365 projects for our clients. What you'll do

Delivering M365 L2/L3 remote support to an array of customers.

Take ownership of tickets, delivering support to SLA's.

Liaise closely with customers, keeping them updated with progress.

Work closely with your Team and other Delivery Centre staff.

Maintain strong working knowledge of the M365 suite, and all required tools and products.
