The successful candidate will work across a varied range of private client matters, including but not limited to:

Will drafting;
Lasting Powers of Attorney;
Estate administration;
Probate and intestacy matters; and
Trusts.
Manage your own varied caseload of private client matters.
Draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Handle estate administration and probate matters.
Advise on and assist with Trust matters.
Meet with clients, take instructions and provide clear and practical advice.
Liaise with executors, beneficiaries, financial institutions and other third parties.
Ensure matters are progressed efficiently and files are maintained to a high standard.
Support the continued growth and development of the Private Client team.
Participate in appropriate networking and business development activities.

Edwards Duthie Shamash Solicitors are looking for a talented and motivated Private Client Solicitor, NQ-2 years' PQE, to join our team.
Is a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with NQ-2 years' PQE.
Has relevant experience in Private Client law.
Has experience managing their own caseload.
Has experience in Will drafting, Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate administration and Trusts.
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Is highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Is able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Has a professional, approachable and empathetic manner with clients.
Is comfortable working independently while also contributing positively to the wider team.
