What You'll Do

Providing general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and managing incoming and outgoing post.
Answering telephone calls professionally, directing enquiries, and taking messages.
Liaising with clients to obtain and collate information and documentation.
Assisting with basic payroll processing and bookkeeping tasks.
Supporting the preparation and analysis of spreadsheets and financial data.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring client information is up to date.
Working closely with experienced colleagues and providing support across the team as required.
