In the role of a Area Listing Manager you will be responsible for growing and developing the Sales instructions within both branches by:

• Generating and conducting Sale Valuation appointments
• Winning and securing new instructions on properties to sell
• Business Prospecting and proactive activity
• Extensive local market knowledge and networking
• Maximising branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
• Displaying excellent customer service at all times
  
  We are looking for our next Rockstar and as such you must have experience working in Estate Agency as either a Senior Negotiator that has Valuing experience looking for progression or Valuer looking for a bigger challenge and looking for the next step in your career. Either way essenital to have experience in conducting sales valuations.
