We are currently seeking a HR Administrator to join our dedicated team at the Dudley office. If you have a strong background in administration and enjoy working closely with colleagues to solve problems, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!,

Being the main point of contact for any queries linked to HR administration via telephone, email and chat messages
Sending out new hire onboarding documents, leaver letters and amendments to contracts
Checking data input from line managers on workday for new starters, leavers and changes and push back if needed for corrections
Dealing with reference requests
Creating personnel files for new starters
Checking your own work for payroll input before cut off each month
Any additional duties as required by the business
Ad hoc projects

Previous HR experience is not essential; a strong background in administration is suitable
A basic understanding of HR processes is helpful
Strong IT skills in particular with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Workday is desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work well in a team
You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
