This is a 360 recruitment role combining sales, business development, and relationship management, with clear targets and strong earning potential. What You'll Be Doing

Building and managing your own education recruitment desk
Developing new business through calls, networking, and client meetings
Maintaining and growing relationships with schools across your region
Speaking regularly with candidates to build a strong talent pool
Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy to placement
Matching schools with high-quality staff to support day-to-day and long-term needs

Minimum 12 months' experience in recruitment
Confident communicating with clients and candidates over the phone
Ability to develop business and build long-term relationships
Target-driven, organised, and self-motivated
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
