As Shop Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our store continues to be a welcoming, community-focused shopping destination. You will lead a blended team of staff and a committed group of volunteers, ensuring everyone feels valued, supported, and part of the St Margaret's family. You will:

Be responsible for the day-to-day running of a busy and well-established store
Lead, develop, and inspire a team of staff and volunteers
Work as part of a team to drive sales and maximise profit to support our vital hospice services
Create a positive shopping experience for our broad and loyal customer base
Maintain and enhance the store's performance, identity, and reputation within the local community
Support the Area Manager with recruitment, training, and development of the team

Have experience in a management role, ideally within the retail industry
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and high standards of customer service
Positively demonstrate how you manage, develop, and motivate a team of staff and volunteers
Champion our values and bring commitment and enthusiasm to an established store environment
