We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Logitech for Business Marketing Lead for Northern Europe to drive our regional marketing strategy across the UK & Ireland, Benelux, and the Nordic region. This role will be pivotal in delivering integrated marketing programs that accelerate growth through both our partner ecosystem (to and through partners) and generate awareness directly with enterprise and SMB customers.
8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-country marketing role.
Proven leadership experience, including managing direct reports or cross-functional teams across multiple countries.
Track record of driving measurable pipeline growth through partner and end-customer marketing.
Experience in technology or IT services industries strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel marketing models.
Native or fluent English required; proficiency in an additional Northern European language (e.g., Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) preferred.
Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and presentation skills.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, Knak, Seismic, Tableau, etc.).
Willingness to travel across the region (up to 30%).
