They run their own business and wish to live an active, organised life that balances work, social time, and self-care. Maintaining energy, boundaries and independence is key, and having the right support helps make that possible.
Days may include a mix of home-based work, social plans, and appointments sometimes busy, sometimes quiet as life sometimes is.
A calm, practical approach and an appreciation of a good sense of humour go a long way here.
The aim is to work alongside someone who values communication, autonomy, and mutual respect
