Teaching Assistant (Level 3) Salary: NJC Pt 14 - 17 £28,624pa - £30,060pa FTE Actual Approx for term time working £24,735 - £25,968pa Responsible to: Lead of Pupil Support Centres Contract: 37 hours per week - term time only Framework: To work within the NJC current pay and conditions, current legislation and the policies of the school. • Excellent pedagogical knowledge.
• Relentlessly high standards and expectations of all students.
• A commitment to continuous improvement of their own practice, irrelevant of job role, career stage or position.
• Experience working with students who have complex SEND.
• Experience leading literacy/numeracy/SEMH interventions.
