Full Job Description

35 hours per week, 9:30am to 5:30pm but additional hours may be required. We are happy to consider agile and flexible working patterns. Our approach to hybrid working allows for up to 40% of time working from home and 60% working in the office, please contact a member of the recruitment team to discuss further., The analyst, performs a wide variety of duties and tasks providing high-level coordination, data analysis and administrative support to the Senior HR Projects & Transformation Manager and wider projects team. Confidentiality is a key element to this role. The individual will have access and oversight of highly sensitive matters and materials related to the firm. The analyst will share the team's commitment to high standards and hard work, delivery of measurable results, innovation, and dedication to serving our internal clients.,

  • Support the global projects and processes within the Transformation and Projects team
  • Use analytical techniques to interpret data, finding trends and patterns
  • Gather, understand and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and validate data requirements, ensuring accurate reporting
  • Create and maintain various documents/systems supporting our global processes
  • Other duties as assigned
  • All members of the firm participate in our Responsible Business program

    The Candidate
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office Suite applications;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills;
  • Excellent numerical, data manipulation and analytical skills to process large datasets and extract meaningful trends;
  • Strong project and process management skills; Presentation skills to present your analysis in a visually appealing way that simplifies complex data;
  • Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with all levels of internal and external personnel;
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects with minimal supervision;
  • Thinks creatively about project execution;
  • Asks questions and is quick on their feet;
  • Ability to create systems and processes where they don't currently exist, update or enhance systems and processes as needed;
  • Creative and innovative thinker;
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure;
  • Ability to reprioritize as needed; inclined to flexibility;
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team; and
  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Experience
  • Two (2)+ years of experience in a law firm or professional services firm
  • Prior experience working with Workday
