We are looking to bring onboard experienced Project Managers to drive delivery across distinct workstreams:

• Finance Transformation
• Payments
• Institutional Retirement (modelling & finance change, Own the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning through to execution and closure.
• Enforce governance structures and drive delivery using appropriate control mechanisms.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, including external advisory partners and internal client stakeholders.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies across complex delivery environments.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Coordinate across internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure aligned delivery against a shared roadmap., These are hybrid roles, with occasional travel (1-2x per month) to client sites in Hove, London, and Cardiff. Start dates are staggered throughout July and mid-August 2025.
  
  Proven track record of managing large-scale finance and/or operational change programmes.
• Demonstrable experience working across matrixed teams, ideally including Big Four consultancies and financial services clients.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving consensus, and ensuring accountability.
• Ideally some exposure to payments, finance modelling, or institutional retirement (depending on the role focus).
