What You'll Do

Working in a small team you will be involved in all areas of administrative support.

This may include;

taking calls to handle enquiries
responding to emails and letters in a professional manner
ordering supplies
assisting with invoices and payments
using company systems to accurately record data
following data protection guidelines
photocopying and scanning documents
using computer systems and software packages within company guidelines
