Are you an experienced Building Surveyor looking for a role where you can see the impact of your work every day?,

Leading property inspections, surveys and condition assessments.
Delivering maintenance, refurbishment and capital projects from concept to completion.
Managing contractors, consultants and project budgets.
Ensuring compliance with Building Regulations, CDM and other statutory requirements.
Supporting sustainability initiatives and long-term asset improvement plans.
Providing expert technical advice across the organisation.

Degree-qualified in Building Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline.
Strong experience in building surveying and project delivery.
Excellent knowledge of construction, maintenance and property compliance.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
Professional membership of RICS, CIOB or CABE is desirable.
