A minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking or at least 6 months experience in similar capacity
A passion for food and working with fresh and high quality ingredients
An excellent leader with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Must have the stamina to work full time and flexible shifts
Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and floor area personnel
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
Certificate of Food Safety level I
Certificate of Health and Safety level I
