As a Bank Support Worker, you'll help adults live more independent, fulfilling lives - both at home and out in the community. You'll provide encouragement, companionship, and hands-on support tailored to each person's unique needs and goals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Promoting independence and life skills development
- Offering emotional and social support
- Supporting with daily tasks like meal prep and household routines
- Attending and organising healthcare appointments
- Keeping care records up to date
- Reporting safeguarding concerns in line with policy
About You
We're looking for people who are:
- Experienced in supporting individuals with complex needs
- Confident communicators with good reading and writing skills
- Compassionate, patient, and great at motivating others
- Reliable, flexible, and happy working both solo and in a team
- Comfortable driving and travelling locally
