Undertake a wide range of administrative tasks and duties including travel booking and accommodation, monthly reporting, event planning, stock ordering, and invoicing are just some of the tasks

Working as part of the Admin Team ensuring that key tasks are completed according to company timelines

Use of IT packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Access as well as company database 'Charms'

Ensure all email communications to staff and external agencies are presented within the guidelines of the company's electronic communications policy

Attend and participate at team meetings
