Perform chemical procedures and physical measurements (wet chemistry): Titrations, water content, optical rotation and other standard tests
Set up Sensory Panels
Be an active member of the Sensory Panel
Perform Batch release/rejection
Perform Equipment calibration
Support non-conformity: customer linked analytical/ sensory profile, supplier non-conformity

BSc in scientific related field, such as biochemistry, chemistry, food industry OR relevant similar minimum 3 years' experience in quality control.
Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with diverse stakeholders
Rigorous and data-driven, able to make decisions autonomously and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in IT skills (MS Office suite, LIMS, SAP, etc.)
Technically proficient/ knowledgeable in the following chemical procedures and physical measurements (wet chemistry): Water content, Salt content, Optical rotation and other standard tests
Knowledge of quality management systems desired (FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14000)
Fluent in English
