You will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning, inspiring students to develop practical skills, creativity, and a strong understanding of the hospitality and food industry. Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in Food Technology / Hospitality & Catering across KS3 and KS4
Plan, prepare and assess learning to ensure excellent student progress
Use effective teaching strategies to inspire and motivate learners
Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and participation
Contribute to curriculum development within the Technology department
Track, monitor, and support student progress using assessment data
Create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues to raise standards across the school
Support the wider life of the school, including enrichment and extracurricular activities
A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree
Passionate about Food Technology / Hospitality & Catering
Able to inspire, challenge, and engage students of all abilities
A strong classroom practitioner with high expectations for all learners
