Running the pastry section during prep and service, delivering exceptional desserts every time
Producing dishes that meet Hell's Kitchen brand standards, recipes and presentation expectations
Working closely with the Pastry Sous Chef to ensure smooth service and teamwork
Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards
Supporting stock control, ordering and waste reduction
Training and supporting Commis Chefs, helping them grow and develop
Staying calm, focused and organised during high-energy services

Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
A genuine passion for pastry and an eye for detail and presentation
Experience in a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen environment
Strong knowledge of food safety, allergens and kitchen compliance
A positive, adaptable attitude and a real team-first mindset
Someone who takes pride in their craft and strives for excellence every service
