As a Food Service Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of food and beverage services across a variety of College venues and events. You will support the Senior Food Service Supervisor, Deputy and Front of House Manager in leading a team to maintain the highest service standards. Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional front-of-house customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
Supervise and support food and beverage service at College events and functions
Lead, motivate, and coordinate food service assistants and casual staff
Prepare dining areas, including table settings and presentation to a high standard
Liaise with clients during events and respond to changing requirements promptly
Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and College policies
Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the catering service

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our busy Front of House team. Has basic IT skills and the ability to manage a varied workload
