Introduction

As a Vehicle Technician Apprentice, you’ll combine hands-on experience in our dealerships with structured training and the support of an experienced mentor. You’ll work towards achieving an IMI Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Servicing and Maintenance, setting you up to become a fully qualified Vehicle Technician.

What You'll Do

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work:

Learning to service vehicles, checking and maintaining them following clear instructions
Learning to diagnose, repair and replace vehicle parts and components
Carry out vehicle checks and inspections
Produce time estimates for repairs and maintenance to vehicles
Maintain repair and service records on the in-house computer system and for customers
